Navigating the Insurance Process

ON COURSE provides assistance for you and your caregiver when evaluating your prescription insurance coverage options.

Insurance Benefits Verification

ON COURSE can help research your insurance benefits to determine if it covers your medication, your copay responsibility, and if prior authorization is required.

Prior Authorization Assistance

We will partner with your healthcare team to navigate the prior authorization process with your insurance provider, provide necessary forms, and follow up with your insurance provider to obtain the determination outcome.

Claims Management and Appeals

If your insurance denies coverage, we can assist with the appeals process.

Financial Assistance

ON COURSE offers financial resources that are available to help you pay for your medication.

Copay Card

If you are eligible, you may be able to pay as little as $5 for your medication. Restrictions may apply. Click on the orange button below to find out if you are eligible for help minimizing your out-of-pocket costs on your prescription:

Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

ON COURSE includes a patient assistance program if you do not have access to health insurance or if your insurance plan does not cover the entire cost of your medication. Our PAP may be able to provide your medication at no cost. Some restrictions apply, and you will need to meet certain eligibility criteria.

Support Resources

Dedicated ON COURSE Nurse

ON COURSE provides all patients and their caregivers with a dedicated nurse for personalized attention throughout the treatment process. Your dedicated nurse will let you know what to expect and answer any questions you may have about the ON COURSE program. You will be given a direct line of communication to your nurse whenever you need them. Be sure to consult with your doctor first for medical advice or if you experience any side effects while on treatment.
